FAQ

Q1: Can I have the sample order for LED light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

 

Q2: What kinds of certification do you have?

A: Our products has been certified by CE/RoHs/ETL/SASO.

 

Q3: Is it ok to print our logo on the products?

A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q4: How do you ship the led bulb samples?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

 

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, our warranty is 2 years starts from shipping dates. Quantity within 1% lamps caused by quality problems is allowed. The extra quantity with quality problem can be replaced in next order by 1:1.
